About
I’m Eva, founder of Meteor 16. I’ve spent the past decade building startups from the inside. Most recently, I built a People function from 0-to-1, led our engineering team, and helped operationalize our GTM motion cross-functionally as a founding leadership hire at Ona (acquired by OpenAI in 2026). Pattern recognition, insatiable curiosity, and the love of people are the pillars that have kept me agile enough to lead across vastly different functions.
